  yes seven Megabytes ! When I see how much of a hard time I have
because libxml2 size, I find this a bit hard to make a hard dependancy
on such a big library for some translation. 
  Can you make a clear case of why we need this ? It's not like
a small library to interface to the kernel or implement a well contained
functionnality.
